“Website” means fistaappliances.com and related digital properties. “Products” means kitchen chimneys, hobs, induction cooktops, accessories, and related items sold by Fista.

You may browse and purchase products for personal or authorised business use. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acceptance. We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and COD where available.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Large appliances may require scheduled delivery and installation appointment.

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories unless defective.

Warranty terms vary by product. BLDC motors may carry up to 15-year warranty; comprehensive cover is typically 1–2 years. Misuse and unauthorised repairs void warranty.

All content, logos, and designs on this Website are the property of Fista Appliances Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable IP laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fista is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
